In addition to being really close to Venice, our structure is very close to the historic center of Mestre where the characteristic "Piazza Ferretto" is located, to the "M9" the brand new multimedia and interactive museum of the social history of the 20th century; to “Forte Marghera”, the former entrenched camp in Mestre surrounded by canals and green areas, which today houses numerous outdoor restaurants; and finally to the San Giuliano Park, a huge urban green area, located on the lagoon edge, which in October is the logistics center of the famous Venice Marathon.

Our Story

The works were completed around 1360: from San Giuliano on the lagoon edge, the canal proceeds almost to today's Centro Le Barche, where it still ended at the beginning of the twentieth century. For centuries the Salso Canal has represented the main waterway in communications between Venice, the mainland and the boat port, the headland of the mainland, a very active center of trade, the heart of the village of the same name, the most popular part of Mestre, a colorful and lively with boatmen and gondoliers, porters and carters, artisans, innkeepers and tavern keepers.

Very clean room, in a quiet area from which you can reach both Mestre and Venice in total tranquility and speed. I was traveling alone and the single room was really spacious, the same goes for the bathroom. Check-in is automatic and you can do it whenever you prefer, generally a very convenient system.
